You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase decision.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Within 30 days - Returned within 30 days of delivery date
Unworn condition - Watch must be in unworn, unaltered condition
Original packaging - Returned with all original boxes, papers, and accessories
No damage - No scratches, wear marks, or modifications
All components - Links, tags, warranty cards, and certificates included

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Notification

You'll receive email confirmation once your return is received, inspected, and when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different watch, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the exact timepiece you want without delay.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Worn or used watches - Any signs of wear or use
Customized timepieces - Watches with custom modifications or engraving
Items without original packaging - Missing boxes, papers, or accessories
Past 30-day window - Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
Damaged items - Items damaged by customer misuse or neglect

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide either a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Please note: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the damage.
