Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package in real-time through FedEx, UPS, or DHL's websites. You can also log into your Chronostore account to view tracking information.
Special Circumstances
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO boxes due to signature requirements and insurance restrictions. A physical street address is required.
Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We'll keep you updated and work with carriers to resolve any delays quickly.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days. Insurance coverage may be limited.
